Born Cumberland, Maryland, 1952; College: Johns Hopkins University, B.A. 1975.
McGeorge School of Law, J.D., 1978. Admitted to bar of California, 1978; Admitted
to bar of Delaware, 1979; Admitted to bar of Pennsylvania, 1994. Law clerk
to Delaware Superior Court, 1978-1979. Deputy Attorney General, Delaware Department
of Justice 1979-1981. Private practice in Wilmington, Delaware since 1995.
Frequent lecturer in matters involving creditor’s rights and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Of counsel to creditor’s rights law firm of Farr, Burke, Gambacorta, & Wright
