to bar of Delaware, 1979; Admitted to bar of Pennsylvania, 1994. Law clerk
to Delaware Superior Court, 1978-1979. Deputy Attorney General, Delaware Department
of Justice 1979-1981. Private practice in Wilmington, Delaware since 1995.
Frequent lecturer in matters involving creditor’s rights and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
