Services and Fees

Contingent fee debt collection. Our fee for most debt collection work is based on a percentage of money collected. No collection, no fee. In the event a lawsuit is filed, we ask for an advance against out-of-pocket expenses such as court filing fees, service of process fees, and the like.

Hourly fee collection. Hourly fee collection is available for high balance, contested, or exceptionally difficult accounts.

Collections department consulting. For businesses with internal collection staff (credit unions, small lenders, landlords, colleges, professional offices, etc.), we are available to review your operation and recommend ways to improve your collection results and reduce costs.

Referral to debt purchasers. Sometimes it makes sense for creditors to simply sell their accounts receivable instead of trying to collect them. We are able to refer you to debt purchasers who may be interested in your portfolio of debt. There is no charge for referrals.
